What is your return policy?

We have a no hassle, free returns and exchange policy. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, just request a return label from us within the first 30 days or store credit/exchange before 90 days. Returns and exchanges are always free. We want you to discover your perfect BROOKLYN WOLF fit! Just please make sure the return items are unhemmed, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

How do I request a return?

How do I request an exchange?

E-mail us at returns@brooklynwolf.com with your exchange request. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return label and will ship out your exchange orders upon receipt of your return.

When will my order ship? How long will shipping take?

Orders placed by 1pm est (on a business day) will ship same day. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery by USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the United States at the moment.
